Transport for NSW will carry out safety improvement work on Homebush Bay Drive, Australia Avenue and Underwood Road between Sunday 22 September and Thursday 19 December 2024.
The work will improve motorist and pedestrian safety and traffic flow at the Homebush Bay Drive, Australia Avenue and Underwood Road roundabout and at the Homebush Bay Drive on/off ramps, especially during peak periods and special events. What work are we doing?
As part of this work, we will install new electrical cabling and traffic loop detectors in the road. This will involve excavating sections of the footpath and road surface. These sections will be temporarily filled in after each shift and permanently restored before project completion. |
