Description: The purpose of this EOI is to seek interest from suitably qualified digital signature solution providers to streamline document signing processes, enhance security, and ensure compliance with industry standards for Strathfield Council.

Obtaining Documentation: EOI documents is available from 17 July 2024 and can be accessed via Council’s electronic tendering system, Tenderlink, at www.tenderlink.com/strathfield.

Lodgement: EOI may be lodged electronically via www.tenderlink.com/strathfield or

By post to PO Box 120, Strathfield, NSW, 2135; or by hand into Council’s tender box located in Council’s Customer Service Centre, 65 Homebush Road Strathfield.

Note: EOI submitted through by post or by hand will also require submission of a full set of electronic documents (PDF) on CD, DVD or USB.

Requests for Further Information: Further information can be obtained by utilising Tenderlink and the Tenderlink Forum [not for lodgements]

 Deadline: Tenders will be accepted up until 4.00pm on 31 July 2024.

Late submissions will not be accepted.

Canvassing of any Council members or officers will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
